Abstract

|
|
"Uirimchalyo(ì¢×ùõÉé©)" was published in advance of "Donguibogam(ÔÔì¢ÜÄÊü)" in the middle of the Joseon Dynasty. Therefore, this book has a pioneering form of "Donguibogam(ÔÔì¢ÜÄÊü)". This paper especially considered the acupuncture and moxibustion method among the contents of "Uirimchalyo(ì¢×ùõÉé©)". "Uirimchalyo(ì¢×ùõÉé©)" is a medical book made easy for the general public to see as well as professional Korean medicine doctors. Therefore, ¡°Uirimchalyo(ì¢×ùõÉé©)¡± did not present complex symptom classification and complicated acupuncture prescriptions. Instead, It summarized the points in a simple way. Therefore, it can be seen that "Uirimchalyo(ì¢×ùõÉé©)" could be used as a standardized treatment guideline. In addition, in the bedding method of ¡°Uirimchalyo(ì¢×ùõÉé©)¡±, moxibustion was used more than acupuncture. This can be seen as the author¡¯s intention to treat the disease gently, and furthermore, it inherits the acupuncture method of ¡°Hyangyakjipseongbang(úÁå·ó¢à÷Û°)¡±. In addition, there are many suggestions of experienced prescriptions, which can be seen as focusing on experience-based medicine. In addition, the characteristic of not using many acupuncture points served as the cause of the emergence of Sa-Ahm acupuncture technique.
